 Dear Jeff,
     As a customer of your website, I’m writing to make a complaint about your product.
     Hearing that your website offers high quality goods, I bought a pair of earphones. To my disappointment, I found the earphones didn’t work. Then, I managed to contact with your staff dealing with customer service. What’s worse, no solution is given to me up to now. Actually, I’m most unwilling to complain, but the service attitude of your personnel is indeed annoying. Therefore, I would like you to either change the earphones for new ones that work well or give me a full refund.
I would appreciate it if you could give due attention to this matter. Looking forward to your reply.
