My name is Li Hua, who is the customer of your travel agency. Here I'm sorry to express my dissatisfaction with the service of the travel agency. 
First of all, during the trip, the tour guide not only introduced too many activities at our own expense but also took us to so many different places to do shopping, which occupied much time. Besides, I do not think the guide is competent enough because he had no good knowledge of the scenic spots and was rude to us. What's worse, the food served was of poor quality and the car accommodation conditions were awful.
