It's a great honor for me to talk about some changes I've witnessed in the process of creating a civilized city. What has impressed me most is the traffic.We often saw pedestrians jump the red light. But now many volunteers stand at the crossroads，reminding the pedestrians to obey the traffic regulations. Of course, as educated citizens，we can do more to help our city to be more civilized, such as arousing the public's traffic awareness and helping more people to become more self-disciplined.
