I’m writing to complain about the poor service your hotel provided. After my family checked in on August 5th, we were annoyed to find there was no access to the Internet and no hot water available after 10
p.m. Worse still, the room attendant was rude when we reported these problems to him.
I know your hotel enjoys a high reputation, but it was disappointing that your hotel didn’t offer high-quality service. I think it’s necessary to improve the room service and get your employees well trained so that it won’t fail other customers.
